How the job goes

  1. Walkthrough. We look at every room with you and send a written estimate.
  2. Color. Bring your own colors, or use our free 30-minute online consultation.
  3. Prep. We move and cover furniture, protect floors, then patch, caulk and sand.
  4. Paint. Edges are cut in by hand, with two coats wherever the color or surface calls for it.
  5. Walkthrough. We walk the finished rooms with you and handle touch-ups on the spot.

How long does an interior job take?

A single room usually takes a day. A full main floor typically takes two to four days, depending on ceiling height, trim and repairs. Your estimate includes a schedule.

Can we stay home while you paint?

Yes. We work room by room, keep walkways clear and clean up before we leave each day, so you can keep living in the house.

What sheen should I use?

Flat for ceilings, eggshell or satin for most walls, and semi-gloss for trim and doors. Kitchens, baths and kids’ rooms get scrubbable finishes. We’ll recommend what fits each room.
