We match the product to the wall: breathable sealers where masonry needs to release moisture, film-forming elastomerics where cracks need to be bridged. We work from your specification or the manufacturer’s system recommendations, and we note conditions such as active leaks, failed joints or cracked masonry that need repair before coating.

Cleaning, pressure washing and surface preparation are included in the scope. Because Top Coat is also licensed for sandblasting (BC-23), we can remove failed coatings before new systems go on.
