SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business | TN Licensed Contractor #86478
From a single-building repaint to multi-phase institutional work, every scope we take on is planned around the facility, the people in it and the schedule it has to meet. Each service below follows the same process: an itemized estimate, preconstruction planning, daily field controls, quality checks at each stage and a documented closeout.
Offices, classrooms, clinics and public spaces painted after hours, in phases or zone by zone, so operations continue. We agree on work zones, protection of furniture and equipment, odor and ventilation controls, and daily cleanup before the first day on site. Low-odor and low-VOC products are used where occupants are present.

Masonry, stucco, metal and siding systems selected for Tennessee heat, humidity and freeze-thaw cycles. We repair, clean and prime as the coating system requires, and add sealers and waterproofing where the substrate needs them. Work is scheduled around the weather windows the product data sheet calls for.
High-performance systems for floors, structural steel, handrails and areas that see heavy traffic, moisture or chemical exposure. We follow the manufacturer’s surface preparation, mil thickness and recoat requirements, and record what was applied where. Licensed under Tennessee BC-14, Special Coatings and Waterproofing.
Abrasive blasting and mechanical preparation that gives the coating system the surface profile it was designed for. Prep is where most coating failures start, so we treat it as part of the system, not a step to rush. Licensed under Tennessee BC-23, Sandblasting.
Painting and coatings scopes on new construction and renovation, with submittals, product data, color schedules and closeout documents handled. We staff to your schedule and close our punch list on time. More for general contractors →
