Campus work runs on the academic calendar. Classrooms have to be ready for the first day of the term, buildings stay open during sessions, and facilities teams juggle many buildings with one maintenance budget. Top Coat plans painting work around all of that.
We schedule the heaviest work for breaks: winter break, spring break and summer. During the term, we work after hours or close off one zone at a time. Before we start, we confirm with your facilities team which spaces are needed for classes, events and move-in, and we build the phasing around them.
For multi-building or recurring work, we can price a program by building or by phase, so you can match the work to your budget cycle. Our estimates are itemized and built on PCA production rates, which makes them easy to compare and approve.
As an SBA-certified SDVOSB with Tennessee license #86478, we’re set up for public procurement, vendor registration and certificates of insurance.
Can you finish a building over summer break? In most cases, yes. Send us the building list and the dates it must be ready, and we’ll staff to that schedule.
Do you match existing campus colors and standards? Yes. We work from your color standards, finish schedule or specification.
Send plans, specifications or an invitation to bid, or ask for a walkthrough. We’ll confirm receipt within two business days.
